Referral Policy

Dear Referral Client:

Thank you for entrusting Harvey Oaks Animal Hospital with your pet’s medical or surgical needs.

Because your primary veterinarian has sent you to us, we would like to present our referral policy at this time.

Your primary veterinarian has entrusted us to care for your pet, so we consider your pet a “referral” pet. We will only see your pet for the reason you were referred to us.

If another medical issue comes up with your pet, please return to your primary veterinarian for care. At that time it will be up to he/she to refer you back to us for other services.

We will provide an estimate at that time for any services that we may perform. A deposit for half of the estimate price will be required at the time of check in. The remaining amount is required at the time of picking up your pet.
